‘The Istanbul Convention is not for Migrant Women’ with Professor Jane Freedman

This book project is a critical and postcolonial feminist analysis of the Istanbul Convention Action against violence against women and domestic violence (2012). The project examines whether States Parties to the Convention are meeting their obligations to take measures to protect and support migrant women from violence.

Medical, legal and lay understandings of physical evidence in rape cases (Evidently Rape) with Professor May-Len Skilbrei

Evidently Rape studies how physical evidence matters and can be a factor in how medical and criminal justice institutions approach the crime of rape.
